9 Sept 22 – MAFDC has organized a Seminar collaboration with HELP University at Main Auditorium, PUSPAHANAS. The Seminar was attended by Vice Admiral Datuk Sabri bin Zali, Commander of Eastern Fleet, Dr Renato Cruz De Castro, Professor of De la Salle University Philippines and Dr Nguyen Hong Thao from Diplomacy Academy of Vietnam.

The Seminar is divided to 2 session which id session 1 topic “The Southeast Asian Maritime Security Environment” and session 2 “Naval Development in Maritime Southeast Asia”.
