The Opening Ceremony of the Malaysian Armed Forces Defence College Course Serial 39/2019 was held on 15th January 2019 at the Trisakti Hall. BAKAT Chairman Handing Over Ceremony was held on 3rd January 2019 at the Trisakti Hall. The Course Participants of this course comprises 42 senior officers from Malaysian Armed Forces consist of 24 officers from Malaysian Army, 9 officers from Royal Malaysian Navy and 9 officers from Royal Malaysian Air Force.

The Opening Ceremony was hurled by the Commandant, First Admiral Mohd Fadzli Kamal bin Mohd Mohaldin along with other distinguished fellow, officer and staff.
