19 May 23 – The Extra Regional Field Studies (ERFS) to The Federal Republic of Germany began its second Day with a visit by the MAFDC delegation to Rohde and Schwarz.

The MAFDC delegation, led by MAFDC Commandant FAdm Badarudin bin Taha, were warmly welcomed by the Rohde and Schwarz Senior Regional Manager, Mr Richard Juttner, and staff upon arrival. The visit commenced with a presentation by Mr Richard Juttner, Mr Zaki Muslim, Mr Andrey Obensky and Mr Axel Davidian with presentations of mementos and a group photography session. It concluded with a delegation luncheon in Rhode and Schwarz's Technology Center.
