VISIT FROM JOINT STAFF COLLEGE OF JAPAN SELF DEFENCE FORCES

On 7 June 2016, MPC received a visit from Joint Staff College of Japan Self Defence Forces delegation which led by Vice Admiral Ryuzou Sakata, the Commandant of college. The point of the visit was to acquire an insight view of MPC and its operations.

Delegation was received byCol Fazal bin Hj Abdul Rahman, the Commandant, and staff of MPC at MPC FoyerThe programme began with briefing on MPC which was held at the Ban Ki-moon Auditorium. The programme continued with a short tour of the complex. Before the delegation left, Vice Admiral Ryuzou Sakata was signing the Visitors’ Book, followed by exchanging the memento and group photograph session.

Overall, it was a fruitful visit with avenue for better collaboration and mutual benefits.

VISIT FROM BRUNEI DELEGATION

BRUNEI 2

On 27April 2016, MPC received a visit from Royal Brunei Armed Forces delegation which led by Col Haji Abdul Hadi bin Haji Saim, Director of Personnel, Directorate of Personnel, Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The visit was one of the programmes organised by Defence Operation and Training Division (DOTD), Malaysian Armed Forces Headquarters (MAF HQ)before they began with the Malaysia Brunei Training and Exercise Committee Meeting at MPC HQ. The point of the visit was an insight view of MPC and its operations.

Delegation of Brunei was received by Brig Gen Dato’ Hj Mohd Nazir bin Mami, Director General of Defence Training, DOTD MAF HQ, the MPC Commandant, Col Fazal bin Hj Abdul Rahman and staff of MPC at MPC FoyerThe programme began with signing the Visitors’ Book, followed by a photograph session and briefing which was held at the Conference Room. The programme continued with a short tour of the complex before adjourning for morning coffee at the Banquet Hall.

The delegation also was given the opportunity to visit Army Museum and MALBATT Contingent Training for United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) and Force Integration Team (FIT) at MALBATT Village, Port Dickson. Overall, it was a fruitful visit with avenue for better collaboration and mutual benefits.
